Deposits, Refunds & Complaints Policy

Deposits
- Deposits secure your booking slot and may be used to order materials and allocate labour.
- If you cancel after we have ordered materials or set aside non-recoverable costs, we may deduct reasonable costs from any refund due (where the law allows).
- RefundsIf we owe you a refund (overpayment, cancelled booking where refund applies), it will be returned using the original payment method where possible, or via bank transfer.
Complaints
Email
info@vb-electric.co.uk with:
- your address,
- date of works,
- what went wrong,
- what outcome you want,
- photos/video if relevant.
We aim to:
- acknowledge within 2 working days, and
- provide a full response within 5 working days (or tell you if it will take longer).
